Job Description:
*_Job Summary_*The Finance Operations Analyst will play a key
role in assisting the CAS leadership team in achieving departmental
goals by providing on-going daily management for the efficient
operations of the department. This role is an integral part of the
department's service excellence strategy for client retention and
proactive follow up for issue resolution/follow up and will be
responsible for on-going communication updates as well as provide
project management support on key initiatives.*_Essential Duties &
Responsibilities_*1. Responsible for on-going client engagement
review, escalation, tracking and follow up. Duties include
preparing and disseminating Net Promoter Score (NPS) and service
level metrics2. Responsible for assisting leadership team with
associate related requests such as job requisitions and on-boarding
of new associates. Duties include assisting with preparation and
dissemination of key performance metrics (KPIs) for department3.
Responsible for quarterly snapshot tracking and updates4.
Responsible for monitoring departmental expenses against budget,
coding and processing departmental invoices5. Responsible for
maintenance of organization chart, quarterly newsletter and
communication of departmental changes6. Assist with maintenance and
management of Standard Operating Procedures & Training platform7.
Provides project management support on key Blue Chips initiatives8.
Responsible for travel expenses and calendar management for key
departmental leaders9. Provide assistance with account
reconciliations10. Assist with special requests and projects,
prepare ad hoc reporting as needed and requested.*_Additional
Duties & Responsibilities_*1. Conduct business at all times with
the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical
conduct.2. Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups
to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals,
resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge
pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and
regulatory guidelines.3. Ensure all safety precautions are followed
while performing the work.4. Follow all policies and Standard
Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.5. Perform any
range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as
assigned*_Supervisory Responsibility _*No supervisory
responsibilities.*_Education & Experience_*Bachelor's degree in a
Business-related field from an accredited college or university,
and minimum three to five years of client facing and administrative
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service experience and CAM license a plus. Prior
experience in the field of property management, hospitality, real
estate and/or residential management preferred.*_Knowledge, Skills
& Proficiencies _** Strong verbal and written communication
skills.* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills and
multi-tasking skills.* Must have a strong work ethic and be
detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking
skills.* Must have strong excel skills along with proficiency in
Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word,
PowerPoint and Outlook.* Ability to work with sensitive or
confidential information.* Ability to meet deadlines and work well
under pressure.* Ability to perform with minimum supervision and
make decisions independently.* Ability to work in a team
environment as well as independently and be self-driven* Critical
thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision-making
abilities.*_Tools & Equipment Used_*Computer and peripherals,
standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual
office equipment.*_Physical Requirements/Working Environment_*This
position works under usual office conditions. The employee is
required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone
for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit and walk.
The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and
weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to
