Due to growth and an increase of clients my West Palm Beach team is looking to add another Staffing Associate. In this role you will speak to potential candidates, phone screen, interview, reference check, and source for our job postings. My last "star" came from a hospitality background as a server but had the right attitude, sense of urgency, and was driven to succeed. I will train our business but I can't train someone to be driven to succeed. 4 year degree preferred for this position. Base salary is between $33-$36k depending on experience plus commission/bonuses and a tremendous career growth path after 6 months of success in the position.
