Investigate and Resolve Claims: Identify, analyze, and resolve
claim denials and rejections. Collaborate closely with billing,
coding, and financial services teams to ensure seamless claims
processing. Optimize Revenue Cycles: Generate and analyze claims
data to identify patterns, reduce denials, and implement strategies
to enhance efficiency. Communication Champion: Serves as a bridge
between healthcare providers and payers, facilitating clear,
effective communication. Ensure Compliance: Uphold healthcare
regulations and company policies, keeping detailed, accurate
records of claim statuses, payments, and adjustments. What We’re
Looking For: Experience: High School Diploma or GED with 6 years in
medical accounts receivable, claims processing, or medical billing
OR Associate’s Degree with 4 years in the field OR Bachelor’s
Degree with 2 years in healthcare claims and billing. Preferred
Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields.
Familiarity with claims management software and EHR systems like
