This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting. Analyze variances and provide insights to leadership. Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed. Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation. Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. Help oversee AP/AR, payroll entries, and general ledger activity, depending on need. Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and other departments. Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting. Proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
