Job Description:

We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for executives. You'll also support the team by planning company events. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. If this sounds like you, apply below!

Responsibilities:
--- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
--- Act as the main point of contact for the high-level executives
--- Complete office management tasks such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
--- Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
--- Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
--- Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
--- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
--- Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
--- Plan office events and community events as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
--- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
--- At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
--- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
--- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
--- Experience using Microsoft Office
--- Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written
