Our company is guided by a north star of asking not what's been done, but what's possible.What your role would be: -In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing email, text messaging, and other forms of marketing communication strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our insurance and wellness products, among other responsibilities. You'll work closely with our product, design, and analytics teams to develop and manage complex consumer journeys and optimize our customers' experience, not limited to external communications only.
Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing email and text messaging marketing strategies for health insurance products
• Managing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including planning, segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, deployment, tracking, and reporting
• Creating and managing consumer journeys in multiple email and SMS platforms to sell our other offerings
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure email campaigns align with overall company goals
• Ensuring all email campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPPA and PII compliance
• Utilizing AI technology to develop AI prompts and facilitate the development of marketing campaigns
• Designing visually appealing email and text messaging campaigns using tools such as Photoshop and Canva
• Liaising with web developers to optimize email and text messaging campaigns
• Staying up-to-date on email marketing trends, best practices, and industry standardsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communication
  • Experience in health insurance or related industries
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful communication campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in AI and graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and more
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically Trello
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
