are now actively seeking a community-focused Entry Level Customer
Service Associate in Fort Lauderdale. This is a crucial role
directly involving engaging the community, introducing products and
services, troubleshooting customer concerns, and building local
brand awareness. As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you
will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining
fundamental knowledge of available products and services as well as
essential direct customer interaction skills. You will develop
expertise in approaching diverse individuals, communicating
effectively, answering common questions, and creating a welcoming
experience for potential customers. Key Responsibilities of the
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Initiate friendly and
professional conversations directly with customers to introduce
available products and services and answer initial questions.
Actively listen to potential customer inquiries and needs,
understanding their current requirements and identifying potential
solutions. Distribute authorized marketing materials such as
brochures, flyers, and informational packets to all interested
customers. Answer common, basic questions regarding service
availability, standard installation processes, and general product
features. Refer interested individuals or those with specific
service needs to senior Customer Service Representatives or Sales
Representatives for more in-depth consultations. Help maintain a
positive and approachable presence within the larger Fort
Lauderdale community. Participate in daily team briefings and
training sessions, continually expanding your knowledge of client
offerings and customer engagement strategies. Accurately document
summaries of customer interactions and expressions of interest
using provided tablet-based tools. Collaborate with team members to
ensure effective territory coverage and consistent brand messaging.
Adhere to all company guidelines regarding customer interaction,
professional conduct, and safety protocols. Support community
outreach initiatives as directed, helping to set up informational
displays or assist with local events.
