Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Quality Engineer for their
manufacturing facility.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the plant's
quality program.Ensure assembly operations meet company and
customer specifications.Manage new processes and implementation
regarding new product launches.Participate on plant continuous
improvement initiatives.Demonstrate a basic understanding of
IATF16949 activities.Participate in customer meetings and address
customer complaints.Participate in quality reporting and management
review process.Provide process improvement
recommendations.Qualifications:BS/BA degree is preferred but not
requiredExperience in injection molding is requiredExperience with
formal Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
projectsBilingual (English/Spanish is a plus!)Six Sigma Green Belt
training or certification preferred.
