Job Description:

Develop and guide technician staff to ensure consist performance and improve efficiencies. Monitor patient flow throughout the office ensuring exceptional patient service delivered in a timely manner. Monitors inventory control processes and maintains drug supplies at each office location making sure offices have appropriate levels of inventory MIPS Monitor status on various requirements and identify any potential modifications needed to existing paperwork, patient flow and MDI documentation. Coordination of technician staff schedules between our primary office locations. Making sure offices are appropriately staffed based on patient volume and efficient FTE levels. Works hand in hand with Front Office Manager to make sure doctors schedules are maximized and there is appropriate doctor coverage at each office location. Works hand in hand with Front Office Manager to triage patient emergencies and have a daily plan for emergency appointments and share with appointment schedulers. Work with doctors to develop consistent clinic protocols for patient work ups based on appointment types and doctor preference. Implement consistent training plan for technicians and develop staff trainers for work up, scribes and photographers. Implement cross training program to help develop well rounded techs who can support different office locations and roles in the practice. Conducts 60 day and yearly employee evaluations. Assigns goals and follows up with technicians to make sure goals are achieved. Improve utilization of MDI Pro and system reporting to better manage clinic staff. Patient flow and MIPS. Weekly Chart Reviews-Run productivity reports by office/doctor and randomly pull samples of various appointment types including new, follow up, and injections. Review the documentation for each visit to check for documentation errors and coding inaccuracies. Use as a training tool with clinic staff.
