POSITION PURPOSE: The Compliance and Quality Assurance Director
will work collaboratively with staff and external regulatory
agencies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across the agencies
with the goal of protecting the health and safety of employees,
guests, and clients. This role is the primary point of contact and
authority regarding compliance with federal, state, and local
agencies. SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION:1.
Responsible for renewing, applying, and maintaining the agency's
certifications, licenses, and credentials for all facilities,
contracts, medical staff, and as needed to operate within
applicable state.2. Responsible for the development and
administration of activities throughout the agency to ensure that
all state, federal, and local agencies' standards are followed
through for proper client care.3. Works closely with all department
directors to recommend and provide required staff development and
tailored programs based upon data analysis.4. Collects and monitors
client performance, incidents, and documentation to improve agency
performance and ensure the provision of quality care.5. Collects
monthly reports from all department directors to analyze data for
Performance Improvement meetings. 6. Monitor the agency's quality
program and chair/lead the agency's monthly PI meetings. 7.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of all regulatory standards
including Joint Commission, CARF, state and federal laws for both
clinical and non-clinical compliance.8. Collects and analyzes data
on agency performance as it relates to regulatory agencies.9.
Advises and informs departments on regulatory standards and ensures
that compliance-related documentation is up to date.10. Collects
client incident reports; records, analyzes, investigates data, and
reports to state regulatory agencies, CEO, COO, and as needed.11.
Ensures the agency meets all regulatory standards and laws.12.
Maintains and updates documentation on agency policies and
procedures.13. Other duties within the agency that may be assigned
by Supervisor(s). BENEFITS: PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision
benefits provided after 90 days. Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00
to $120,000.00 per year Competitive salary commensurate with

Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION1. EDUCATION:-- Bachelor's
degree; with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience
specific to the areas of Joint Commission accreditation, substance
abuse, detox, residential, or psychiatric agencies. 2.
EXPERIENCE:-- Previous experience in the substance abuse or
psychiatric field, with direct experience working with chemical
dependency, detox, dual diagnosis, trauma, psychiatric, or
behavioral health preferred. 3. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:-- Licensed
to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as
applicable, preferred. -- Certified Addiciton/Profressional
Certiftication, preferred. -- CPR Certification required.4.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:-- Demonstrates
Proficiency in Communication, observation & Written skills.--
Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient
Confidentiality laws.-- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace
Policies.-- Knowledge of Workplace Violence.-- Knowledge of
Corporate Integrity & Ethics.-- Knowledge of Addictions.-- Ability
to interact with a multi-disciplinary team to assist in facets of
the recovery program relating to physical health.-- Knowledge of
the 12-Step Recovery Program.-- Knowledge and competency in problem
solving, stress management, ethics and team building.-- Knowledge
of alcohol and other drugs that includes;-- Alcohol and addictive
drugs and their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual
impact on the individual.-- Alcohol and addictive drugs and their
impact on the family.-- Ability to determine if a medical emergency
exists and to take appropriate action, when necessary.-- Knowledge
of emergency procedures used in case of alcohol and/or drug
overdose.-- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR.-- Knowledge of Federal,
State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the
treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction, including:--
