Job Description:
Summary:The Advanced Practice Program Manager is responsible for
the coordination and execution of key strategic initiatives and
activities that streamline and enhance the APP experience and
performance. This position will partner closely with operations,
analytics and clinical leadership to optimize fluid bidirectional
communication surrounding Advance Practice Providers (APP) specific
data, recruitment, expenses, professional development and
recognition.Detailed responsibilities:* Manage day-to-day
Operations & Strategic Initiatives which include: Maintain, track
and generate reports on APP Program metrics from various internal
and external sources, including benchmarking resources, Dashboard
creation & maintenance, Create & Maintain tools & templates and
Budget & expense monitoring, including financial modeling for
future Program budget planning, tracking CME expenses and ROI.*
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including
recruiting/hiring, orientation and continuing education
initiatives. Manages all Pre-hire, on boarding and off boarding
activities for APP's. Create management processes to drive
accountability on key metrics.* Maintains communication for the
program which includes but is not limited to publishing Monthly
Newsletters, consistent maintenance of a Social Media presence and
facilitation of meetings.* Foster recognition & engagement through
practices such as facilitation of engagement initiatives, including
work anniversary & birthday celebrations and coordination of APP
Week Events/APP Spotlight Production/APP Awards.Competencies and

healthcare business management, with program design, management
and/or implementation experience.MBA/MHA is preferred; if candidate
has high school diploma then ten (10) years of related healthcare
or business management, with program design, and/or implementation
