Rossen Law Firm is a growing criminal defense law firm in Fort
Lauderdale that provides a meaningful and compassionate defense to

You will be part of a thriving dream team comprised of the most

Responsibilities:
--- Run and manage the sales/intake department of a high-volume law
firm
--- Hire, fire, and manage the sales/intake department
--- Run weekly meeting departmental meetings
--- Collect sales data and present a strategic plan to the CEO
--- Handle new intake calls, schedule appointments, and oversee the
transition from the intake department to our legal team
Qualifications:
--- At least 5 years of managerial experience
--- Sales department development experience
--- Systems and process creation experience
--- High proficiency in software and automation
--- Be a mature adult who is tough and holds themselves
accountable
--- Someone who strives for greatness
