--- Manage company plan to exponentially grow revenues year over year and expand to additional locations
--- Maintain complete knowledge of the Firm's inner workings, including operations, policies, availability, rates, and profitability strategies
--- Develop and implement strategies to guarantee a positive experience that surpasses client expectations
--- Maintain cadence of staff meetings that aims to create innovative ways of continuously enhancing performance and maximizing communication with every team member
--- Conduct audits of revenue management and expense allocations to manage all department budgets
--- Identify technology and process improvements to enhance productivity

Qualifications:
--- Must have at least 10 years of executive management experience in a client service or hospitality management role
