qualified Registered Psych Nurses to provide the highest quality of
care for our home health patients in a professional and
compassionate manner. Psych RNs will practice to the top of their
license and use all resources available to them to manage the
medical needs of a patient. Psych Nurses will work with other
disciplines needed to maximize the patient's outcome. Psych RNs
will be a patient advocate and communicate with the primary MD,
Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the
patient's care and plan for a safe discharge to self-care. This
