Personal Care Attendant - MMA: Nursing-Distinct Part-Unit -
Pembroke Pines, FLNo prior experience required - This opportunity
offers Personal Care Attendant Classroom Training and on the job
training.This position is located at MEMORIAL MANOR - (Pembroke
Pines, FL) - and will primarily serve a GERIATRIC / REHAB
population. Must be available / flexible to work weekends /
holidays on a scheduled / rotating basis.Summary:Under the
supervision of an RN or LPN, performs basic patient/resident care
activities.--;Detailed responsibilities:--- Performs basic
patient/resident care activities as delegated and supervised by an
RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake
and output.--- Assists patients with tending to personal care and
activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming and
eating.--- Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in
physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.---
Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.---
Transports residents as needed within the facility.--- Accompany
residents to outside appointments as needed.Competencies and
