Summary:
Supervises daily operations activities for Rehabilitative Services.
;Detailed responsibilities:
- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing and
patient assignments and levels.
- Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and
mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and
disciplinary actions.
- Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff
development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental
and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
- Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required
service levels.
- Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and
complaints.
- Facilitates process improvement initiatives improved outcomes
and increased safety in alignment with departmental goals.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational
Therapy or Speech-Language Therapy or in a related program.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective
communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work
with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful
environment and take appropriate action.
Required Work Experience: Two (2) years experience in Physical
Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy or related
program.
