of an RN, performs basic patient care and other related technical
and clinical support activities.Responsibilities:Monitors patient
status and response; Reports abnormal findings or changes in
physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.Assists
patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily
living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.Performs basic
patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN,
including but not limited to: monitoring vital signs, EKG testing,
phlebotomy, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake
and output.Additional duties as assigned.Assist with transporting
patients, as needed.Assists with keeping patient rooms/areas
stocked, clean and orderly.Competencies:ACCOUNTABILITY, CUSTOMER

Requirements:No Degree or any other education earned (Required)BLS
American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association

Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential

CROSS)Additional Job Information:Complexity of Work: Requires
critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work
with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful
environment and take appropriate action.Required Work Experience:
Three (3) months of patient care experience demonstrating the
ability to perform basic patient care or certification of
completion from formal training program required.Other Information:
**EKG and phlebotomy competencies are required within six (6)
