This 22?bed unit manages complex, high?volume patient populations and requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to function as core staff. Culture fit is essential, and travelers are welcomed but expected to integrate seamlessly. Assignment Details Shift: 12?hour mid shift, 1P–1A Shift Type: 12?hour evening Duration: 13 weeks Start & End Dates: 02/06/2026 – 05/09/2026 Ratios: 3–4:1 EMR: Epic Floating: Required; travelers float first and may float to sister campuses Radius Rule: Must live 50 miles from permanent address RTO: Must be submitted at time of submission; no exceptions after Documentation Deadline: Hard deadline Monday prior to start Required Experience & Credentials 2 years of ER experience in similarly sized EDs or healthcare facilities BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS – Required TNCC & ENPC – Preferred Prior travel experience preferred Degree accreditation must be visible on profile If not, 5 years of ER experience required Unit Details 22?bed Emergency Department Level II Trauma Center High acuity with complex patient presentations Travelers expected to function as core staff Submission Requirements All demographic information must be included at submission: Address Email Full DOB Full SSN RN License Number HWL interview required; manager has final offer authority .
