Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic K-12 school environment located in Bonita Springs, FL. This full-time contracted position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students with autism, particularly within middle school settings. Responsibilities include: Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide instructional decisions Providing ongoing training and support to staff to ensure effective behavior strategies Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to district policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA licensure required Experience working with K-12 students, preferably with autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Excellent communication and collaborative skills Ability to manage a flexible caseload that may vary among multiple school sites Position Details: Contract term from January 5, 2026 through May 29, 2026 Full-time commitment with approximately 37.5 hours per week Work located on-site in Naples, FL, with assignments across various schools including middle school autism classrooms This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support student growth and development within an established educational framework.
