Shifts Available Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate : $22.78 - $29.62 /
hour PLUS Shift differential for Evening and Night Shifts Your

single day. As a Certified Instrument Technician II , you'll be
part of a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to
delivering safe, high-quality instrumentation that supports
exceptional patient outcomes. What You'll Do: Under the direction
of the Sterile Processing leadership team, you will: Maintain
competency across all core Sterile Processing functions:
Decontamination Instrument Assembly Sterilization Case Pick Ensure
instrumentation is processed accurately, safely, and on time to
support surgical services Follow all Lee Health policies, system
protocols, and industry standards including AAMI, APIC, and AORN
Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas that support
continuous improvement and quality initiatives Support training and
precepting of team members as needed Help maintain a culture of
safety, accountability, and teamwork within the department Why Join

Requirements Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
required. Experience : Minimum 6 months' Sterile Processing
experience required. Licensure : none Certifications : Healthcare
Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certified Registered Central
Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile
Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Certification Other : Read,
write, and speak English for work related communication
