BENEFITS: Provide services in our Independent and Assisted Living Communities with less driving Great Competitive Rates Generous PTO / Holiday program Flexible Schedule 401k with company match weekend & holiday rates mileage Free CEUs Growth Opportunities POSITION SUMMARY: PTA FT Building Specific Lee County Home Health & Outpatient Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care Provide home health and/or outpatient services as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications: PTA degree from an accredited program A Florida state PTA license and current CPR/AED certification Home Health Experience preferred One-year experience in an outpatient setting preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Possess solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills Ability to work with a diverse patient population
