Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 18 months in a clinical setting; 1 year of charge experience preferred License: Active Nursing License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in interventional radiology and at least two of the following modalities: cardiac catheterization, neurointervention, vascular intervention, and angioplasty - Proficiency in patient care activities including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment and prevention, and sheath removal/monitoring - Knowledge of radiation and laser safety protocols - Familiarity with vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose) Description: Looking for a Procedural Nurse with experience in multiple modalities. Experience in cardiac catheterization, neurointervention, interventional radiology, and vascular intervention is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in managing patient care during interventional procedures. The role requires the ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively. Nurses will also be responsible for conducting pressure ulcer assessments and implementing prevention strategies. Sheath removal and patient monitoring will be a key aspect of the job. Candidates must have knowledge of radiation and laser safety standards. Experience with vascular closure systems is an advantage.
