Vi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team part-time in our state-of-the-art continuing care retirement communities. Our LPNs play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care and support to our senior residents, ensuring they live their best possible lives. You will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to deliver personalized healthcare in a luxurious environment focused on wellness and personal fulfillment. Provide nursing care and assistance with daily living activities to residents according to physician orders and nursing care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Monitor and document patient health status and nursing care. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records. Communicate effectively with residents and their families about the care and services provided. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the community. Proficient in nursing practices and protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate medical equipment Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities Empathetic and compassionate professional demeanor Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license applicable to the state of employment CPR certified
