(Miami, Florida | South Florida travel nursing) - Assignment
Length: 13 weeks (January 26, 2026 – April 27, 2026) - Shift: 7:00
AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour day shifts; until all cases are completed) -
Hours per Week: 40 - On-Call: After hours, weekends, and major
holidays (participate in on-call rotation) - Dress Code: Scrubs
provided by the institution - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2250 - $2370
(competitive travel nurse pay) - Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (13 beds,
~30 staff members) - Patient Ratio: 1:3 - Equipment: Phillips and
GE cardiac imaging systems (Interventional Cardiology tools) -
Documentation: Meditech, Mac Lab (electronic charting experience
preferred) Qualifications & Job Requirements - Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license (Florida RN license preferred; travel nurse
licensing acceptable) - Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN
experience (Cardiac Cath Lab, EP, or interventional cardiology
experience) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
certification - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - Ability to
adapt quickly and function independently in a fast-paced cardiac
unit - Strong critical-thinking,?patient monitoring, and
documentation skills - Previous travel nursing experience preferred
(travel RN, Cath Lab nurse jobs, or cardiac RN background)
Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care for cardiac
catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures - Assist
with procedures including left heart cath (LHC), right heart cath
(RHC), peripheral interventions, structural heart, and
electrophysiology (EP) - Monitor, assess, and document patient
status using Meditech and Mac Lab systems - Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team of RNs, Cardiovascular Technologists (CVTs),
physicians, and support staff - Prepare and maintain a safe,
sterile environment in accordance with hospital protocols and
infection control best practices - Participate in on-call rotation
and provide after-hours clinical support as needed Why this travel
