MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REFLECTED ON SKILLS CHECKLIST. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MISONIX/CUSA. Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Is on-call REQ?
