An experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Operating Room (OR) procedures is needed for a contract position based in Cape Coral, FL. This role focuses on caring for both adult and pediatric patients across a variety of surgical specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced OR environment. Prepare and assist during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols. Collaborate with surgical teams across multiple specialties. Adapt to floating assignments, including coverage at sister campuses within a 50-mile radius. Utilize Epic electronic medical records for accurate documentation. Participate in call rotations as required; no block scheduling. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with 2 years of Operating Room experience. Pediatric surgical experience is mandatory. BLS certification required; CNOR certification preferred. Degree accreditation must be documented or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred. Ability to meet demographic and documentation submission deadlines prior to start date.
