Responsibilities:
Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities,
emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer
complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
Evaluate the team's sales performance and offer advice on
continuous improvement
Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales
representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning
sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure
they're successful
Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our
sales goals
KEY DUTIES:The Sales Manager will conduct initial consultations
with prospective new clients ("PNCs"). This position facilitates a
professional introduction ("hand-off") to the legal team and
conducts an end-to-end sales cycle, including quality control
checks during predetermined milestones throughout the first 30 days
and in some cases, during the pendency of the matter.
--- Connect with and qualify leads and PNCs
--- Collect more in-depth information about the PNCs and the
matters for which they are seeking the firm's help
--- Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales
calls to illustrate the value and benefits of our services
--- Facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the
legal team once the case or matter has begun
--- Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the
quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and
suggestions for improvement based on your "front lines"
experience
--- Manage and train other sales team members and intake staff to
ensure maximization of the leads and followupThe Sales Manager is
expected to maintain and update the CRM with details of all
interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner.The
Sales Manager is also responsible for contacting and keeping a
record of PNCs who do not hire the firm after the initial
consultation to keep the doors open for them to hire the firm when
they are ready. Following up with current clients at set milestones
during their case or matter is also expected of the Sales Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSThe Sales Manager will be measured based
on the following:
In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, the Sales
Manager will not provide legal advice or enter into a legal
services agreement with a PNC. Rather, the Sales Manager will
prepare PNCs for hiring the firm with all legal services agreements
approved and signed by a licensed Florida attorney.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales success
Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical
skills
Must possess a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major
At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a
leadership role in the sales department
SKILLS:
--- The Sales Manager must be confident, articulate, diplomatic,
yet willing to speak frankly to the PNC when needed with high
emotional intelligence. The Sales Manager must be able to bring
PNCs to the point of signing a legal services agreement with the
firm.
--- The Sales Manager must be self-motivated and self-directed to
achieve his or her professional goals as well as the firm's
goals.
--- The Sales Manager should be knowledgeable and proficient with
the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office, including
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
Pro and Dropbox is preferred but not required. Experience with law
practice management software is a plus, but also not required.
--- The ideal candidate has sold high-end products like jewelry,
cars, real estate, and luxury brand apparel or luxury fashion
accessories. The Sales Manager should have education and/or work
experience that is the equivalent of a bachelor's degree.
--- Real life experience and a few "battle scars" providing empathy
and understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major
obstacle in life and making an important change in your life so you
know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
--- Bilingual English and Spanish, written and spoken, is
required
