maintained at required temperature zonesAdheres to proper stacking
order, rotation, and labeling of foodAdheres to cross-contamination
and allergy standardsTEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONSupports other
Back of House functions as needed, ensuring that everything within
the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member's
responsibility; occasionally being assigned another
stationPositively communicates with other Team Members and
Management to keep one another informedProvides exceptional service
throughout the entire shiftPossesses basic reading skills and
strong communication skills; can work alone as well as with a
teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust
be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state
lawSets up Team Members for success at shift change by ensuring
side work and stations are properly stockedPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Prep
Cook/Dishwasher is expected to be able to perform the job functions
with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands include: Remain
standing for extended periods of time in a work area that has an
elevated air temperature Reaching, bending, squatting, pushing,
pulling and lifting, up to 50 lbs., for short distancesFrequent
communication with Managers and Team Members. Must be able to
exchange accurate information in these situations
