Lauderdale - Florida - United States, Lowell - Massachusetts - United States, Miami - Florida - United States, Miramar - Florida - United States, Pembroke Pines - Florida - United States, Sunrise - Florida - United States, Waltham - Massachusetts - United States, Weston - Florida - United States**Description & Qualifications**DescriptionAs a Software Engineer, you'll be embedded on one of our Financial System Compliance development teams.You will be engaged in feature development focused on implementing a high quality product that provides a seamless customer experience from calculating payrolls to tax filing.You will get to work directly with other Developers, Quality Engineers, Business Analysts, and occasionally our support teams in a highly collaborative environment.* Please note that this position is out of our Weston FL office and requires for employees to come to the office - hybrid- 2-3x per week. However, additional locations include Lowell Ma, Alpharetta and Atlanta GA as well as Branchburg NJ.QualificationsPrimary Responsibilities:--- Experience developing cutting-edge solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities--- Experience with enterprise-scale OOP software utilizing SaaS design principles--- Ability to work independently to coordinate and implement solutions to complex technical issues--- Ability to lead technical efforts by coordinating team members to align and ensurethe integrity and quality of the final solution--- Ability to collaborate outside of the team to align and achieve expected outcomes--- Ability to identify and refactor areas of functional and architectural improvement--- Experience with successful implementation of departmental improvements inprocess/technical solutions with positive measurable results--- Successful track record of mentoring new team members--- Proven ability to provide leadership with new development efforts, historical success with contributing to the design and estimation of new featuresRequirements:--- Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience,Masters' preferred--- 3+ years' experience engaging with software/test engineers on enterprise levelsoftware development projects--- 3+ years' experience with OOP (C#, Java, Angular, AngularJS), Data Structures and Algorithms--- 3+ years' experience coding in a functional or OOP language--- 3 + years with object-oriented design and development--- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solutions--- Experience with the development of API's, Web Services and Forms development--- Experience with CI/CD pipelines--- Experience working with SQL or MongoDb--- Agile or Lean Software Development experience such as Kanban or Scrum--- Proven experience successfully working within a team and managing a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities\#LI-Hybrid\#LI-POSTCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
