Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing
--- Handling DUI cases.
--- Handling criminal defense cases (misdemeanors to felonies).
--- Handling injunction cases.
--- Going to court.
--- Taking depositions.
--- Writing motions from scratch - and arguing them.
--- Attending CLEs to grow in expertise and experience.
--- Going to trial.
--- Having new client meetings and learning the ropes of "sales" (we will teach you what you need to know).
--- Work among the best criminal defense lawyers in South Florida.

Qualifications:

--- Prior career experience as a Prosecutor or Public Defender.
