Paralegal – M&A and Corporate Legal Support Location: Downtown
Miami / Brickell Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Status: Full-Time We are seeking an exceptional Paralegal to join a
high-functioning legal team supporting complex corporate
transactions and legal operations. This role is ideal for a
detail-oriented, highly motivated professional who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities with
precision and discretion. The Paralegal will play a key role in
supporting M&A activity, legal documentation, and the
day-to-day administration of the legal department. This position
offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated transactions and close
collaboration with attorneys and cross-functional teams. Key
Responsibilities Support robust M&A activity, including due
diligence, signing and closing processes, and tracking post-closing
obligations Draft, review, organize, and manage a wide range of
corporate and transactional legal documents Partner closely with
attorneys to support ongoing legal matters and initiatives Triage
inbound legal requests and provide appropriate guidance or
direction Track and manage legal accruals in coordination with
outside counsel and internal finance teams Administer the legal
department’s eBilling platform, including invoice review, matter
setup, and vendor coordination Conduct legal research and summarize
findings and documents for attorneys and legal team members Support
legal operations initiatives such as playbook updates, template
maintenance, and process improvements Manage department mail,
including reviewing, sorting, distributing incoming mail, and
ensuring timely outgoing correspondence Assist with special
projects and additional ad hoc duties as needed Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree required Professional paralegal
certification required 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally
with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure Strong work ethic with
the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Excellent
organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and
verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle confidential
and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency with legal
research tools and legal technology platforms Strong interpersonal
skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Experience within
a financial services or regulated environment is a strong plus This
