Worker - Special Functions, FT-Flex, MHW: Food & Nutrition (Patients) - Pembroke Pines, FL ---- Summary:Performs a variety of food related services for customers, physicians, and special functions. -- Detailed responsibilities:--- Assembles, manages, replenishes, and maintains assigned food service areas according to food safety and sanitation guidelines.--- Follows the proper storage and rotation method of refrigerated and dry stock items for quality control. Requisitions all necessary food and supplies.--- Cleans equipment and work area according to cleaning schedules and procedures.--- Communication with the culinary team about food quality, safety and preferences. Expresses and manages customer concerns and feedback.
