What will you do?Our Lease Return Specialist is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to assist customers with their lease return process performing the following duties:Greets customer on the sales floorExplain lease return process to customer to ensure that all components are clear and understoodVisually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventoryCompletes all paperwork and arranges for return of vehicleAssist Pre-Owned Sales Manager with customer problemsAttends/completes required training and department meetingsWhat are we looking for?Must be driven to achieve goals and career successDemonstrate hard work ethic and high energyExhibit excellent customer service skillsProven ability to prospect and sell in a team oriented environmentHigh School Diploma, some College preferredOne year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCurrent, valid driver s license REQUIREDProfessional appearanceAbility to work retail hours of dealershipComputer proficientAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
