Entry Level OperationsWe are looking for a skilled Entry Level Operations Associate to assist with business operations and coordination while maintaining communications.**Training is provided_________________________Responsibilities of an Entry Level Operations:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Supervise and manage sales and provide advice to customers
• Collect feedback, identify users' needs and requirements, and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria
• Prepare documentation for plans, requests, activities, and specifications
• Monitor and test customer leads
• Prepare reports on your activities, regularly
• Coordinate campaign promotions and bundle savings, and perform staff training as assigned
• Evaluate systems performance level and improve capabilities as needed
• Purchase -equipment and prepare budgetary justifications________________________Applicant Employment Prerequisites:

• Must be within commutable distance Miami office location
• Previous customer service or sales experience is recommended
• Good knowledge of MS Office -
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good team player and customer service skills
