We are looking for hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking people with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Evening shift Weekend availability Responsibilities and Duties Greet and assist members in an upbeat, positive manner while providing high level customer service and hospitality. Effectively facilitate class check-in Assist Studio Manager in general day-to-day operation of the studio Assist with equipment maintenance Help maintain studio cleanliness Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative Provide support to instructors to ensure a successful class Actively suggest retail merchandise that matches the member's needs Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations Assist in training new studio coordinators Assist in resolving member concerns with the highest level of customer service Provide timely feedback to the Studio Manager on all studio issues Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Superior communication and customer service skills Friendly and professional phone & email etiquette Initiate tasks and perform duties with confidence and without direction Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Great organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for fitness, wellness and the Ride Element brand Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, weekends and some holidays Strong computer skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long hours Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs
