Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the
CEO and executive team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a
competitive $150-170k salary bonus based on company performance. As
Chief of Staff , you will: Provide strategic guidance and
operational oversight to the leadership team. Facilitate
cross-departmental coordination and communication. Lead initiatives
to drive organizational growth and efficiency. What we’re looking
for: Proven experience in Pharma . Tech-savvy, with experience in
LIFEFILE . An Architect mindset for designing efficient systems and
processes. Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Dedication
