NOC L1 Operator is the first level contact for customer-facing
technical support. Performs necessary network grooming and
adjustments as determined by internal operations teams.
Troubleshoots customer links, primarily on layers 1-3 of the OSI
model, but may occasionally go up to layer 7.Location: Miramar,
FLRemote Option: Will need to be in person 100% during training.
Option to move to a 50/50 hybrid schedle after completing
training.Schedule: Will be placed with on a morning or night shift
depending on availability. Option to work 5 days a week/9 hours or
4 days/10 hours. Open 7 days a week.What Youll Be Doing
