The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent selling and customer service skills, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers in both Spanish and English. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their needs. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. - Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: - Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
