Frequent: Physical - lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling over 50 force lbs. - walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting - repetitive motion: turning, bending Equipment Operation - bakery rack, shopping cart, decorating utensils, cleaning utensils Mental - judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math Occasional: Physical - lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. Environmental - extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces working close to heated surface FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift. OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.
