Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Jupiter, FL Employer: HPA Healthcare Pay: $300 per hour Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in a high-volume surgical setting with a collaborative care team model. This assignment offers consistent weekday scheduling, a diverse case mix, and additional earning potential through call coverage . Note: This opportunity is limited to Florida-based physicians in accordance with client requirements. Provider Pay Ranking: Top ~15% of general anesthesiology locum tenens roles (2026 market data) Assignment Highlights Full-time coverage required (minimum 4 weeks/month) Schedule options: 7a–3p (8-hour shifts) 7a–5p (10-hour shifts) Beeper call required (weekday weekend rotation) Care team model: 80% supervision / 20% own cases Team structure: 12 MDs, 26 CRNAs ~1,150–1,200 cases per month OB volume: ~200 deliveries/month No trauma cases EMR: Epic Travel covered per policy Malpractice insurance covered HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical cases Supervise CRNAs within a care team model Perform own cases as needed Participate in beeper call rotation Ensure safe perioperative care Document in Epic EMR
